WYTHA BALANCE YOGA – COUNSELING LLC is designed to meet the needs of children and adults by teaching yoga, mindfulness and meditation to balance the mind, body and spirit.
Ingrid began her yoga journey in 2009 with the intention of teaching adults and children to find their innermost being by finding themselves within themselves. Her yoga practice is geared toward allowing others to settle down, center down and become one with STILLNESS. Ingrid’s goal is to incorporate the mind, body and spirit as you determine who you are. Living a life of peace and tranquility is her motto. Utilizing her counseling skills to reach others by incorporating yoga and mindfulness meditation is important for reducing stress.
Ingrid is Kundalini trained 200 hours yoga Instructor with a 95 hour specialty certification in children’s yoga. She is also a NC Licensed School Counselor with 17 years of experience.

Kayla, 26, is full of energy and vigor. She is an enthusiastic yogi devoted to following God’s will. As a young girl, she was always interested in wellness and helping others. As she grew older, Kayla found herself looking for her purpose and clarity after a season of obscurity that left her feeling unprotected and isolated.. In that time, she was introduced to yoga. Yoga gave her space to let go of the stress and make space for God’s purpose in her life. With this renewed spirit, Kayla embarked on a 200-hr Yoga Alliance teacher training in 2015 making her a Certified Yoga Instructor. She has taught chair/restorative yoga and flow/vinyasa with experience in kids and teen yoga. We hope that you see the light in Kayla as she awaits to see the light in you!
Nakiyah began her journey with yoga in late 2015 upon her college graduation. After many life circumstances that left her feeling as if her well being, health, and overall life had been compromised, she learned that the one place that made her feel like she he had won herself back was within yoga. After losing around 40 pounds and getting back into the swing of a happy life, she went on to embark on her journey as a yoga instructor to share with others, the beauty of finding your peace within the present moment on your yoga mat. Nakiyah recently was accepted into the Skills in Action 200 Hr RYT Program and has already built a large foundation of her practice through teaching private and group yoga sessions, fitness workshops, and yoga for athletes . Nakiyah specializes in adapting her class practice so that all of those learning from her can take away from it on their own individual level while having fun to customized playlist built to motivate each and every student.
