This beginning yoga class will focus on the fundamentals of the yoga poses while emphasizing breathing techniques, alignments and relaxation.  Students will learn and understand the health benefits of yoga and the importance of practicing yoga at their age.  Yoga improves your balance, strength, posture and overall well-being.
